i) I won't affiliate with you if I don't know you.
ii) I don't take requests but I'm always open for suggestions.
iii) I won't reply to any e-mail asking where I get my custom content. There are so many sites you can ask and I'm just too busy, sorry.
iv) I accept criticism (good or bad). It can be mean as hell, it's fine as long as it is constructive.
v) Don't spam this or I'll send you my blood-sucking pet and it won't be good.
vi) You can let me know if I've forgotten to add somebody in the credits or resources list. You're more than welcome to, actually.
